STEPS ON HOW TO ARRANGE ICONS USING WINDOWS DESKTOP:
·        Right click anywhere on the screen that is free of shortcut icons
·        Locate  Arrange Icons By
·        and click any one of your choice e.g. Name, Size, Type or Modified
